Mis.Huda Yaseen
Huda Yaseen Abdulwahid is an Assistant Professor in Applied Linguistics. She joined the International University of Erbil, Kurdistan Region, on September 1, 2025. She earned her B.Sc. in English for Specific Purposes (ESP) from the Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) in 2006 and her M.Sc. in Applied Linguistics from the same university in 2009. Her research interests include translation, pragmatics, semiotics, and discourse analysis. She has participated in numerous national and international conferences and workshops and has published more than ten research papers. In addition, she has served as a reviewer for several academic studies in her field. She was promoted to the title of Lecturer in 2017 and to Assistant Professor in 2020.
