Important Notice
International University of Erbil's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
Scope of Use
Our application requests access to your Google account data solely for the following educational purposes:
- Gmail API: To send academic notifications, course updates, and official university communications
- Google Drive API: To enable document storage and collaboration for coursework
- Google Classroom API: To facilitate course management and assignment distribution
- Google Calendar API: To sync academic schedules and important university events
- Google People API: To verify student/staff identity for Single Sign-On (SSO)
Limited Use Commitments
We commit to the following restrictions on the use of Google user data:
We ONLY Use Data To:
- • Provide educational services
- • Improve user experience
- • Comply with legal requirements
- • Ensure security & prevent fraud
We NEVER:
- • Sell or share data with third parties
- • Use data for advertising
- • Transfer data to unauthorized apps
- • Create profiles for non-educational use

When you authorize our application, we request the following permissions:

- Request Deletion: Contact us at privacy@iue.edu.krd to delete your data
- Data Export: Request a copy of your data in portable format
- Audit Logs: Request access logs showing how your data was accessed
